Kranj is also a city in the north of Slovenia, near the Jurische Alpen. In the west of Kranj you find the largest river of the country, the Sava.
In the old city hall you find the Gorenjski museum. You find archaeological and ethnologist objects and beautiful sculptures of Lojeze Dolinar.
