Practical Information
Since the first of July you need a Slovenian road tax to ride on the slovenian freeway. For 6 months tou pay 35 euro and 55 euro for 1 year.

Train

With the train travel through Slovenia is quite cheap. Only disadvantage is that there currently only a couple connections are. The departure times become on yellow plates shown with the word Odhod. The arrival times you find on white plates with the inscription Prihod. The available connections: (prices in 2007)

Plane

The most important fly traffic is on the airport of Ljubljana Brnik. That’s only 28 kilometres away from the capital city. The special buses, take you from the airport to the capital city.
